How will I know if the payments were received?
Expect a text message of your payment confirmation. Should you not receive any, email our Customer Care Department at info@flexi.com.ph or chat with our associate through our Facebook Page @flexi.ph so we could assist you.
The account number that I’ve input when I paid my loan was incorrect. Is it possible to transfer it to the right account?
Please send an email with your concern to info@flexi.com.ph with the following details.
- Correct Loan Agreement Number and Incorrect Loan Agreement Number
- Date of payment and amount paid
- Payment channel and proof of payment (Scanned copy of payment receipt/slip)
Can I pay using a credit card or check?
For now, we only accept cash payment through our online banking partners and payment centers.
What is the difference between payment due date and the recommended due date?
Payment due date is your actual due date, it is also the date when you signed the contract. Recommended due date is 3 days earlier than your actual due date, set to prevent any late repayments.
