Please send an email with your concern to info@flexi.com.ph with the following details.

• Correct Loan Agreement Number and Incorrect Loan Agreement Number
• Date of payment and amount paid
• Payment channel and proof of payment (Scanned copy of payment receipt/slip)

For now, we only accept cash payment through our online banking partners and payment centers.

Payment due date is your actual due date, it is also the date when you signed the contract. Recommended due date is 3 days earlier than your actual due date, set to prevent any late repayments.
